Projeto anjos de plantão is a blog created in memory of André Levi Naveiras Soares, who fought depression for ten years. Our desire is to share our experience and help others that feel trapped by this confusing and lonely disease. We are here to listen, to help, to hod your hands. You are not alone.

The name of this project came from an essay written by André when he was only five years old by the request of his teacher. She asked the children to write about professions. He chose to write about medical doctors. He wrote then: "Doctors are angels that God send to us to easy our pain and to help us when we need them". So, for André doctors were Angels on duty.

I took this photo myself at the sunrise. It was a beautiful and cold morning. We were about to take a trian to Valencia. Good times!!!!
